What You’ll Do
Lead the Federal Marketing Strategy
- Own and drive the growth marketing strategy for Federal—from positioning to pipeline creation, attracting, engaging, and retaining customers through continuous experimentation and optimization.
- Define strategic marketing plans aligned to agency priorities, policy drivers (e.g., Zero Trust, Cloud Smart), and procurement windows
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Government Affairs to align product capabilities to federal missions and funding priorities
Create Messaging that Resonates
- Optimize engagement by developing compelling value propositions, narratives, and positioning tailored to federal personas—from CIOs and CISOs to acquisition officers and mission owners
- Translate complex technical features into business outcomes relevant to agency mandates, compliance needs, and operational priorities
- Differentiate against competitors by combining product strengths with deep insight into federal IT and cybersecurity priorities
Deliver Expert-Level Content and Enablement
- Build a full suite of sales tools—solution briefs, playbooks, battlecards, presentations, and demos—designed specifically for federal field teams
- Lead internal training sessions to ensure GTM teams deeply understand the messaging and how to apply it
- Collaborate with capture/proposal teams to provide messaging support for RFPs, RFIs, and procurement engagements
Drive Campaigns and Demand
- Bring marketing expertise to design and execute end-to-end campaigns focused on agency pain points and transformation goals
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to activate content across webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), thought leadership, and federal events (e.g., AFCEA, DoDIIS)
- Customer Acquisition – Identify and test scalable strategies to attract new customers efficiently, tracking and optimizing campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion.
Establish Thought Leadership and Advocacy
- Help position the company as a trusted partner in the Federal space through customer stories, executive roundtables, and content aligned to agency missions
- Build relationships with analysts, influencers, and federal IT communities to strengthen brand presence
- Identify, develop, and amplify public-sector success stories and customer advocates
What You Bring
- 6+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience in B2B enterprise tech, with 3+ years focused on the Federal sector
- Proven success in owning and executing end-to-end product marketing strategies in complex or regulated markets
- Exceptional storytelling skills—you can translate technical depth into simple, mission-relevant narratives
- U.S. Citizenship required; Security clearance (active or eligible) is a strong plus

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and self-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for our Federal sector. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned marketer who brings deep domain and marketing expertise to shape how we engage, influence, and grow within U.S. Federal agencies. You’ll be responsible for building strategy, messaging, and momentum—turning complex solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with federal decision-makers across Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence agencies.
