Qualifications & Requirements

• We are ideally seeking a commerce graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Generate purchase orders.
• Process invoices and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable / receivable records.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received and appropriate documentation before issuing payment to vendors.
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and aging prior to payment
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables / Receivables
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.
• Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Tracking expenses against the Department budget.
